Papa's Marketplace offers a blend of antiques, collectibles, handmade items, home decor and other unique products.
The indoor marketplace will consist of 28 vendor booths.
15 -10x10 for $300 per month
8 -8x10 for $250 per month
1 -6.5x10 for $180 per month
1 -10x16.5 for $425 per month
We are offering 3 PREMIUM Booths at the entrance
1 -10x10 for $350 per month
2 -8x10 for $300 per month
We have display shelf spaces at $75 each 6' tall x 36" wide.
There is a six month lease required that will convert to month-to-month past that.
​(There is a Deposit Equal to Your Monthly Rate Max $300 per booth)
We have researched other antique malls in the area and feel we are very competitive and fair at this price as others are charging $2.50-$6.00sqft plus require their vendors to work one day per month and take a percentage of their sales.
Your booth or shelf rental will require nothing more from you than to organize, clean and restock your space as needed.
We will not take a percentage of your sales or require you to work during the month. Your time is valuable!
Beginning at 3PM on auction days, there will be a preview for the live auction, which will draw a significant number of visitors to explore the Marketplace.
